担当業務概要

• 全社員から提出される勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートのチェック（特に立替経費のサポート）
• 立替経費の領収書の収集、チェック、管理、保管
• 勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートのプロセスサポート

担当業務詳細

• 勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートと立替経費の領収書についてツールを使用してSampling後、経費が正当なものかチェックを行う。
• 経費が正当なものであるか、ポリシーに沿ってチェックを行う。
• 立替経費申請について社員とのやり取り
• 勤怠簿&立替経費管理システムの改修依頼
• 勤怠簿&立替経費管理データの修正、変更
• 勤怠簿レポートのプロセス・管理
• 領収書の保管、管理
• SAPデータ処理

また当ポジションについては、以下の通り、正社員（地域・職種限定）での雇用形態にて採用予定です。

• 日本語ビジネスレベル
• 一般的なPCスキル（エクセル、ワード等）
• コミュニケーションスキル（社員とのやり取り多い）
• 会計・税務の知識があればなお良い
• SAPシステムの知見があればなお良い
