◇職務内容（About the position）

• 予算立案：事業部門との連携を通じて、事業計画の推進に必要なリソース計画の策定および最適化を行う。
• 予実管理：事業部門と連携し、事業および予算の進捗をモニタリングする。計画やリソース配分の見直しを促し、グループのビジネスプラン達成に貢献する。
• 経営レポート：全社の財務情報を収集し、事業部門と連携して予実差異を分析する。経営層の意思決定に必要なレポートを作成し、課題提起を行う。
• 経験に応じ、ERP／EPM刷新PJへの参画も検討します
• Budget planning: Collaborate with business units to develop and optimize resource plans required to execute business plans.
• Budget and performance management: Partner with business units to monitor business and budget performance, promote revisions to plans and resource allocation, and contribute to the achievement of the Group's business plan.
• Management reporting: Collect company-wide financial information, analyze budget-to-actual variances with business units, and prepare reports and insights to support management decision-making.
• Contribute to ERP/EPM transformation projects based on the candidate's experience and expertise.

◇応募資格（Requirements）

必須要件（Essential criteria）

• FP&Aとしての実務経験：3年以上
• 社内関係者と連携して円滑に業務を進める為の高いコミュニケーション能力
• 予算および会計データを多面的に分析できる分析力
• ITスキルと各種ITツールへの適応力
• 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと

望ましい要件（Desirable criteria）

• 製薬企業において、製造、販売、研究開発いずれかの領域における実務経験を有している
• ERP／EPM導入の経験を有している

[Essential criteria]

• Practical experience as an FP&A Representative: 3 years or more
• Strong communication skills to smoothly carry out work in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Analytical skills to comprehensively analyze budget and accounting data
• IT skills and adaptability to various IT tools
• Comfortable communicating in English

[Desirable criteria]

• Possesses practical experience in one of the following areas within a pharmaceutical company: manufacturing, sales, or research and development.
• Possesses experience in ERP/EPM implementation.
