- Packaging work for solid formulations (manufacturing/equipment adjustment/cleaning)
- Continuous process improvement
- Proper SOP Development and Educational Activities
- Promotion of process optimization using new technologies such as digital technology
- Deviations, change management, CAPA compliance
- Follow the instructions of your superior and perform other duties.

Education, Behavioral Abilities, and Skills:
- High school graduates or above with the following practical experience
- Experience in GMP manufacturing operations. Especially experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
- Ability to work in a shift-based work schedule

- Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
- Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
