What does verification mean on these profiles?
Each profile shows facts we checked against official Japanese registries: the corporate number against the National Tax Agency registry, and worker dispatch or placement licences against the MHLW registry. Every checked fact carries the date we checked it and a link to the source. A check is not an endorsement or a compliance assessment.
How does an introduction work?
You request an introduction from a profile, or describe your situation and ask us to suggest providers. After you confirm your work email, we connect you with the provider directly. Introductions are free and AirTA takes no commission.
Does AirTA provide EOR or payroll services?
No. AirTA is a recruitment platform for companies entering and expanding in Japan. This directory exists because companies hiring through AirTA also need employment infrastructure, and choosing a provider is easier with registry-checked facts in one place.

Email support@airta.jp. Listing is free; we verify corporate registration and any employment licences against the official registries before a profile goes live.
