| Service Delivery | Credits are granted immediately upon completion of payment and the service is available for use. Promoted Employer and Promoted Agency slots go live on the 1st of the booked month (Japan time). A slot booked for the current month goes live as soon as payment completes. |
| Returns & Cancellation | Credits are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Unused credits remain in your account with no expiration date. Company Directory Promoted Employer slots (Industry slot ¥50,000 per month, Directory-wide slot ¥150,000 per month, tax included; the current month is prorated by days remaining) are refundable in full only if cancelled before the slot goes live, on the 1st of the booked month. No refund once live. Promoted Agency slots on the job board (¥50,000 per industry per month, tax included; the current month is prorated by days remaining) are refundable in full only if cancelled before the slot goes live, on the 1st of the booked month.
