How a Promoted Slot Looks
The row uses your existing directory profile and links to it. It sits among the earned rankings, carries a Promoted label instead of a rank, and never moves another company's position.

Questions
Does a promoted slot change the ranking?
No. The Most Searched Employers ranking is computed from Google Search Console impressions and nothing else. The promoted row sits among the ranked rows with a Promoted label and no rank number; every earned rank keeps its number.
Who can book a slot?
Employers with a profile in the directory. Job boards and aggregators cannot. If your company is not listed yet, submit it first and book once the profile is live. Recruitment agencies have their own slot on AirTA job pages: see Sponsor an Industry.
What does the slot show?
Your existing directory profile: company name, the description already on your profile, a link to the profile, and an optional link to your careers page on your own domain. There is no artwork to supply.
How many slots are there?
One per industry per month, and one directory-wide slot per month. A booked month cannot be booked again.
What is the refund rule?
A full refund if you cancel before the 1st of the booked month. Once the slot is live there is no refund. Write to the address on your receipt to cancel.
Is this a recruitment service?
No. A promoted slot is advertising for an employer. AirTA does not introduce candidates through it and no placement fee applies.
