◇職務内容（About the position）

• グローバル連結決算・開示業務など、IFRSに基づく財務会計業務を行う。
• M&Aや新規ディール等のプロジェクトに参画し、財務会計専門家の観点からPMI、PPAを推進する。
• IFRS会計基準対応や制度対応など、会計インフラの強化を推進する。
• Lead financial accounting activities under IFRS, including global consolidated financial closing, reporting, and external disclosures.
• Participate in strategic initiatives such as M&A transactions and new business deals, driving PMI (Post-Merger Integration) and PPA (Purchase Price Allocation) activities from a financial accounting perspective.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen the company's accounting infrastructure, including IFRS standards, regulatory changes, and accounting policy updates.

◇応募資格（Requirements）

必須条件

以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 上場企業における財務会計業務の実務経験（5年以上）
• 監査法人における監査業務の実務経験（3年以上）

望ましい条件

• 製薬業界での実務経験
• IFRS、日本基準の会計知識
• PMI, PPAの経験を有している
• 国外の関係者と業務ができる英語力(ビジネスレベル) TOEIC 800点以上

[Essential criteria]

The successful candidate should possess one or more of the following qualifications:

• +5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting at a publicly listed company
• +3 years of experience in audit and assurance services at an audit firm

[Desirable criteria]

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of IFRS and JGAAP
• Experience leading or supporting PMI (Post-Merger Integration) initiatives and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) projects
• Business level English(TOEIC 800+)

医薬品事業ならびにHaaSなど新規事業をグローバルに拡大していきます。事業拡大にあたり、コアとなる決算業務に加え、グローバルで他社との協業や、M&Aの機会の増加を想定しており、グローバルでの財務会計マネジメントを担って頂ける方を募集します。

As we continue to expand our global pharmaceutical business as well as new business initiatives such as HaaS, we are seeking a finance and accounting professional who can lead global financial accounting and reporting activities.

In addition to core financial closing and reporting responsibilities, we anticipate increasing opportunities for global strategic collaborations and M&A transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing global financial accounting matters and supporting the company's growth agenda.
