A Day in the Life

Based in Shinjuku, you will lead luxury product development from concept to launch, reporting to the Product Development Team. You will champion a 360° approach to bring iconic L’Oréal Luxe products to life.

• Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end product development, securing quality, timing, and sustainability.
• Risk Mitigation: Lead risk assessments and execute agile solutions for industrial feasibility.
• Packaging Innovation: Partner with Marketing to co-create premium, eco-designed packaging.
• Financial Control: Optimize the cost of goods to support brand profitability.

We Are Looking For

• Project Management: Ability to drive complex timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
• Technical Packaging Expertise: Understanding of cosmetics packaging and decoration.
• P&L & Cost Optimization: Analytical mindset to manage costs effectively.
• Agility & Problem Solving: Flexibility to adapt to changing plans and resolve on-site issues constructively.
• Japanese language proficiency is not required.
