Construction ManagerThe Opportunity:

As a Construction Manager on our DPRI team, you will be at the nexus of international diplomacy and large-scale infrastructure development, managing programs vital to U.S. strategic interests in the Indo-Pacific. This is a unique opportunity to direct a portfolio exceeding $1B, shaping the future of military readiness and quality of life for U.S. forces abroad.

You will leverage your expertise in host nation-funded construction to navigate complex bilateral negotiations, ensure mission assurance through resilient infrastructure, and lead cross-agency collaboration on projects of national significance. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on critical military installations while growing as a leader in international program management.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in project or construction management
• 5+ years of experience with military construction (MILCON), facility improvement, or infrastructure programs
• Experience managing projects funded through host nation agreements such as the Japan Facility Improvement Program (JFIP), or bilateral funding mechanisms
• Experience coordinating with U.S. government entities and foreign government bodies such as prefectural governments
• Experience with contract coordination, procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance on large government or commercial construction projects
• Experience in financial analysis, budget management, and lifecycle cost analysis for complex infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage large-scale project portfolios, including developing multi-year capital plans, detailed cost estimates, and programming documents
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance

Nice If You Have:

• Experience managing energy resilience, utility system upgrades, or renewable energy projects such as solar or cogeneration, on military installations
• Experience as a Site Lead or in a similar role requiring direct management and administrative oversight of personnel
• Experience with industry standard software such as Microsoft Project, SAP, or CAD
• Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
