Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a role in the development and implementation of Autoware and related software.

Example of your responsibilities:

• Conducting research and development of autonomous driving functions, working within teams focused on specific areas such as Planning/Control, Sensing/Perception, and Localization
• Developing, integrating, and evaluating new autonomous driving functions to meet the needs of our domestic and international customers
• Improving the Autoware development environment to enhance efficiency and performance

必須スキル

• 1年以上の自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの業務経験
• 1年以上のROSまたはROS 2を用いた開発業務経験
• 2年以上のLinux上でのソフトウェア開発業務経験
• 2年以上のC++またはPythonによる実装業務経験
• 自動運転、自律走行システムの特定領域における専門知識 もしくはビジネス会話レベルの日本語スキル（ N2相当以上 ）
• 品川オフィスに出社しての勤務が可能な方

Required Skills And Experience:

• Over 1 year of work experience in autonomous driving, autonomous systems, or robotics
• Over 1 year of development experience using ROS or ROS 2
• Over 2 years of software development experience on Linux
• Over 2 years of implementation experience in C++ or Python
• Expertise in a specific domain of autonomous driving and self-driving systems, or proficiency in Japanese at a business conversational level

応募概要

給与想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：416,667円～1,666,667円

月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：307,667円 ~ 1,232,667円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）

固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として109,000円 ~ 434,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥109,000 to ¥434,000will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
