Facility Engineer

Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA and MEP design reviews for factory projects.
• Manage building, civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection scope.
• Perform value engineering and best-value option analysis.
• Coordinate EPC firms, consultants and suppliers through startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and project management.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial or factory engineering environments.
• Fluent Japanese required. Business-level English preferred.
• Core Requirements: Able to perform engineering design, best value option analysis, startup/commissioning support, and supplier management.

• 安全・品質・プロジェクト管理知識
• 図面読解能力
• 製造業、飲料、FMCG、製薬または工場エンジニアリング分野で3年以上の経験。
• 日本語流暢（必須）、英語ビジネスレベル（尚可）。
• 要件：設計業務、Best Value Option分析、試運転・立上げ支援、サプライヤーマネジメントができること。
