本ポジションは、創薬段階における確実なGo/No Go判断を可能にし、候補化合物（candidate）選定後の製品開発を加速させることを目的として、複数のテーマ／プロジェクトにおける開発適性（developability）評価および製造性（manufacturability）評価をリードし、主体的に遂行する役割を担います。

本職務では、開発適性および製造性に関連するリスクについて科学的かつ戦略的な方向性を提示し、社内関係者および外部パートナー間と連携して各業務を推進します。

また、高い自律性をもって業務を遂行し、プロジェクト戦略に対して積極的に影響を与えるとともに、個別プロジェクトの枠を超えて組織の目標達成にも貢献することが期待されます。さらに、他の研究者の育成・指導や、部門横断的な連携を主導する役割も担います。

This position is responsible for leading and independently executing developability evaluations and

manufacturability assessments across multiple themes/projects to enable robust Go/No Go decision-making

during the discovery stage and to accelerate product development after candidate nomination. The role provides

scientific and strategic direction on developability and manufacturability risks, integrates cross-functional inputs, and drives alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners. The individual is expected to operate

with a high degree of autonomy, proactively influencing project strategies and contributing to organizational

objectives beyond individual project scope, while taking a proactive role in mentoring and developing fellow

scientists and leading cross-functional collaboration.

• 複数のテーマ／プロジェクトにおいて、開発適性（developability）評価および製造性（manufacturability）評価をリードし、主体的に遂行することで、確実な意思決定を支援し、開発スケジュールの加速に貢献する。
• 開発適性および製造性に関するリスクについて、科学的かつ戦略的な指針を提供し、戦略を主体的に形成するとともに、リスク低減策を提案する。
• 部門横断の研究・実験チームからのインプットを統合し、社内ステークホルダーおよび外部パートナー間の連携を推進する。
• 高い自律性をもって業務を遂行し、個別テーマ／プロジェクトの枠を超えて意思決定に影響を与え、組織全体の目標達成に貢献する。
• プロジェクトチーム間の効果的なコミュニケーションを促進し、部門横断的な連携を強化する。
• 他の研究者の指導・育成を行い、組織内の能力開発および知識共有に貢献する。
• Leading and independently executing developability evaluations and manufacturability assessments

across multiple themes/projects to support robust decision-making and accelerate development timelines.

• Providing scientific and strategic guidance on developability and manufacturability risks, proactively

shaping strategies and recommending risk mitigation plans.

• Integrating inputs from cross-functional labs and driving alignment among internal stakeholders and

external partners.

• Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influencing decision-making beyond individual

theme/project scope to contribute to organizational objectives.

• Strengthening cross-functional collaboration and fostering effective communication across project teams.
• Mentoring and developing fellow scientists, contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing

within the organization.

ポジションは筑波を拠点とし、主に出社勤務となります。生産性向上を目的として、状況に応じて在宅勤務（リモートワーク）も認められる場合があります。

This position is based in Tsukuba and is primarily site-based. Work-from-home arrangements may be available

when appropriate to support productivity

必須

• 医薬品の開発適性（developability）評価において10年以上の実務経験、または同等の知識
• 部門横断的なリーダーシップの役割において、複数のテーマおよび／またはプロジェクトを主導した実績

歓迎

• TOEICスコア730点以上

Required

• More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical developability evaluation, or equivalent knowledge
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple themes and/or projects in a cross-functional leadership role

Preferred

• TOEIC >=730

①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
