• Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
• Secure restaurant bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations and handle special requests
• Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy, including guest name, contact info, and special requests
• Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize restaurant sales by promoting special menus, events, or dining experiences
