Principal Product Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Marketing Operation manages daily operational activity and updates regular dashboard for critical business goal and bottle neck. And leads the communication with cross functional teams to drive product line strategic business goal and to optimize the business performance

Key Responsibility:

Critical Manufacturing Capacity management: Regulary update the capacity workbench of high running and high potential business. Identify the bottles and implement the improvement to respond the business opportunity seamlessly

Data Analysis: Short Term and Mid Term demand analysis for critical and strategical business. Supply feasibility check with on hand capacity and drive the plan with balancing capacity expansion and capacity optimization with from short term and long term business point of view

Strategic Execution: Follow up the capacity expansion and optimization project of high impacted business and lead the meeting with cross functional teams regulary to meet the target on time. Setup the milestone in line with business expansion plan and Drive the completion of the milestone within the plan

Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge function to share the required data to cross-functional team and Keep teams aligned on the targets and communications

Qualifications

Must-to-have:

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience at Semiconductor industry with Business Operation, Business Planning, SCM Planning or Project management

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visulization tools (Power BI, MDP Cube, etc) and Experience in PPT Summary Report

Knowledge: Semiconductor Manufacturing Process (Front End, Back End), Inventory Management

Core Competencies: Proactive communication and meeting with cross-functional teams, structured project & goal driving skills, strong problem solving abilities

Nice-to-have

Knowledge about Power MOSFET Market

Experience for managing outsourcing like OSAT

Experience for managing PnL
