Responsibilities

• ead end-to-end transformation programs from diagnosis to sustainable results delivery 現状診断から持続可能な成果創出まで、変革プログラム全体をリードする。
• Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on underperforming operations, identifying root causes across process, system, organization, and behaviors 成果が出ていないオペレーションに対して詳細な分析を実施し、プロセス、システム、組織、行動面における根本原因を特定する。
• Design and implement breakthrough solutions, including: 画期的な改善ソリューションを設計・導入する。これには以下を含む。
• Network/process redesignネットワーク・業務プロセスの再設計
• Resource productivity transformationリソース生産性向上改革
• Operating model changes オペレーティングモデルの変革
• System-driven workflow optimizationシステム主導による業務フロー最適化
• Act as escalation level for complex problems unresolved by OMS Advisors or site teams OMSアドバイザーや拠点チームでは解決できない複雑な課題に対するエスカレーション先として対応する。
• Deliver measurable business impact, with clear ownership of: 以下の領域において明確な責任を持ち、定量的なビジネス成果を創出する。
• Cost savingsコスト削減
• Productivity gains生産性向上
• Service improvementsサービスレベル改善
• Quality and stability品質および業務安定性向上
• Collaborate with OE, IT, and Digital teams to ensure full alignment between systems, data, and operational processes OE、IT、Digitalチームと連携し、システム、データ、業務プロセスの整合性を確保する。
• Coach and elevate OMS Advisors, Champions, and site leaders, building internal capability OMSアドバイザー、チャンピオン、および拠点リーダーの育成を通じて、組織内の改善能力を強化する。

Requirements

Required Experience and Capabilities:

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) シックスシグマ・ブラックベルト資格保有者（必須）。
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-site transformation with quantified financial impact 複数拠点にまたがる大規模変革プロジェクトを推進し、定量的な財務成果を実現した実績を有すること。
• Deep expertise in: 以下の分野における高度な専門知識を有すること。
• Process reengineering (BPR)
• Lean / Six Sigma (advanced application, not theory)
• Operations analytics
• Strong operational understanding of warehouse and supply chain execution environments (WMS, system-directed operations) 倉庫運営およびサプライチェーン実行環境（WMS、システム主導型オペレーションなど）に対する深い理解を有すること。
• Experience in solving complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional problems at scale複雑かつ曖昧で、部門横断的な課題を大規模に解決した経験を有すること。
• Ability to translate data into actionable operational decisions and transformation roadmaps データ分析結果を実行可能な業務改善施策や変革ロードマップへ落とし込む能力を有すること。

Leadership & Influence:

• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders based on facts and data 事実とデータに基づき、上級管理職に対して提言・影響を与える能力を有すること。
• Recognized as a trusted advisor at country leadership level カントリーレベルの経営層から信頼されるアドバイザーとして認知されること。
• Strong capability to lead without authority across functions and sites 正式な指揮命令権がなくても、部門や拠点を横断してリーダーシップを発揮できること。
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others (including CI / OMS practitioners) CIおよびOMS推進者を含む他者を指導・育成した実績を有すること。
