Core Responsibilities:

1. Transformation and Integration

2. Capabilities

  • Embed capability priorities into OU development plans, learning pathways, and People initiatives and execution routines.
  • Drive adoption of priority capabilities within the OU, influencing beyond direct reporting lines.
  • Ensure last-mile execution by translating strategy into tangible behaviors and outcomes.
  • Assess behavior change and capability maturity, using insights to track progress and adjust actions based on metrics like participation rates and AI tools usage.
  • Collaborate with OU HR Business Partners to anticipate future skills and shape training/development plans.

3. Communications and Change Management

  • Partner with the Center Communications and Change Management team to help amplify global comms and deliver tailored OU engagement plans.
  • Drive adoption and integration of Center-led projects across the OU.
  • Collaborate with the Center to help shape change strategies and amplify in the OUs.
  • Drive user engagement for global initiatives by communicating benefits and local context.
  • Represent the OU in global forums, contributing insights and feedback.

Qualifications & Background:

  • Proven experience in finance capability development, large scale transformation, and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a senior influencer, leading change across diverse, multicultural environments and without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in digitalization, data, and AI enabled finance initiatives is a strong plus.
