Human Resources Generalist - Japan

Location: Japan (Tokyo or Shin Kawasaki)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resource Generalist to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

The Human Resources Generalist will provide the full spectrum of HR administration, support and service delivery. This role reports to the Human Resources Director, Japan.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage:

• Health insurance related tasks for the employees and their family
• Special collection, delivery of local tax notification to employees
• Year-end tax adjustment
• Medical checkup and reports submission to the Labour office
• Completion of application form from the educational organisations
• Attendance report on overtime payment
• Monthly attendance report on commutation allowance payment to employees
• Communication between Payroll vendor and the employees
• Ad-hoc project assignments, initiatives and admin related tasks, as required

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• 2+ to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS (e.g. Oracle) will be a plus
• Strong people skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
• Aptitude in problem-solving and resolving issues promptly
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• Tactful in handling sensitive and confidential situations and information
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage (主な業務内容)

• 従業員とその家族にかかわる健康保険業務、健康診断の管理・推進労働局への報告
• 住民税並びに年末調整関連業務
• 従業員から等合わせのあった各種申請書・証明書の発行
• システムを使って勤怠レポートの作成し、時間外勤務時間、休日出勤時間、深夜勤務時間を確認する
• 従業員への通勤手当の支払いのため、月次勤怠報告書の作成
• 労務全般に関する従業員の等合わせ窓口となり、外部給与計算会社との連絡・調整
• Global/APACのアドホックなプロジェクトやイニシアチブに参加します。

We Are Looking For (応募要件)

• 2年以上の上記業務経験（必須）
• MS Office のアプリケーシション (Excel, Power Point, Outlook Teams) (必須)
• HRIS (Oracle など) を使った業務経験 (尚可)
• 対人コミュニケーション力 (必須)。幅広い関係者と書面および口頭でコミュニケーションが取れる。但し複雑な折衝能力は求めません。
• スピード感のある職場環境で、営業、エンジニア、サポート、マーケティング等様々な部署の方々と一緒に仕事ができる (必須)
• クィックリスポンス（必須）
• メールや書類を提出する時に見直して提出できる習慣がある (必須)
• 個人情報を扱うので注意深く仕事ができる（必須）
• 中級程度の英語力 (英検2級、TOEIC 600を目安) (必須)
• 4年制大学卒の学士号
