About Woven by Toyota
Woven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s once-in-a-century transformation into a mobility company. Inspired by a legacy of innovating for the benefit of others, our mission is to challenge the current state of mobility through human-centric innovation — expanding what “mobility” means and how it serves society.
Our work centers on four pillars: AD/ADAS, our autonomous driving and advanced driver assist technologies; Arene, our software development platform for software-defined vehicles; Woven City, a test course for mobility; and Cloud & AI, the digital infrastructure powering our collaborative foundation. Business-critical functions empower these teams to execute, and together, we’re working toward one bold goal: a world with zero accidents and enhanced well-being for all.
TEAM
The Strategy & Corporate Dev (SCD) department at Woven by Toyota serves as a central hub for converting the company’s long-term vision into actionable organizational success. This group manages five key pillars, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Strategy & Insights, Planning & Performance, Strategic Marketing and Corporate Development, to ensure all business units operate in unity.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As an Assistant Manager in the Strategy & Corporate Dev (SCD) team, your mission is to help turn Woven by Toyota’s long-term vision into measurable results.
We are looking for a driven and versatile person to support the development and execution of business planning, strategy, and operations. This role is suited for a high-calibre individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate effectively in an ambiguous business environment with minimal direction.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing projects end-to-end, and producing high-quality materials for executive audiences. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and deliver consistently.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Drive operational cadences including planning cycles, steering committees, and business performance reviews
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues proactively and proposing practical solutions
- Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports that provide clear visibility to leadership
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing documents, and reports for senior executives and leadership forums
- Synthesise inputs from multiple functions into cohesive, well-structured materials suitable for C-suite audiences
- Act as a coordination hub across business units, facilitating alignment and driving decisions forward
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
