ホテル内のバーおよびレストランにて、カクテルや各種ドリンクの作成・提供を中心に、ゲストへ上質な飲食サービスを提供するポジションです。接客、在庫管理、POS操作、売上向上のためのアップセルを行いながら、ブランド基準に沿ったおもてなしを通じて快適な滞在体験を創出します。また、衛生・安全管理やチームとの連携を通じて、円滑な店舗運営に貢献していただきます。

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests through the preparation and serving of cocktails and a variety of beverages in the hotel’s bars and restaurants.

While providing warm hospitality in line with brand standards, you will create memorable and enjoyable guest experiences through personalized service, inventory management, POS operations, and upselling initiatives.

You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the outlet by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety and working closely with fellow team members.

• オーダーテイク・会計業務（POS操作）
• 在庫管理および衛生管理
• アップセルによる売上向上
• ホテル施設やメニューのご案内
• チームと連携したレストラン・バー運営 など
• Prepare and serve cocktails, coffee, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences
• Take guest orders and process payments using the POS system
• Manage beverage inventory and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
• Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and product recommendations
• Provide information and recommendations on hotel facilities, services, and menu offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of restaurant and bar outlets
• Maintain high standards of hospitality in accordance with Hilton brand standards
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members

必須要件

• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• ホテル、レストラン、バーなど料飲サービス業界での実務経験
• 基本的な飲料およびアルコールに関する知識
• チームワークを重視し、ホスピタリティ精神を持って業務に取り組める方
• 柔軟性があり、変化する業務環境に前向きに対応できる方

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, bar, or food and beverage industry
• Basic knowledge of beverages, including alcoholic drinks
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexible and able to adapt positively to a dynamic work environment
