仕事内容

銀行、証券、保険の金融各分野において、グローバル対応・デジタルトランスフォーメーションを主体的に推進するITコンサルタント・BAおよびPMを募集いたします。

具体的には、金融業界のITコンサルティングの専門家として、主に下記を担当していただきます。

• システム将来像の策定
• グローバルプロジェクトプランニング、グローバルプロジェクト推進
• DXプランニング、DX推進
• ビジネス要件の定義・最適化
• ソリューション検討、システム開発計画の立案
• システムアーキテクチャの選定・設計
• システム要件の定義・最適化
• システム開発におけるプロジェクト管理、推進
• システムアウトソーシングの計画策定

プロジェクト事例

• クラウド・ブロックチェーン技術を用いたモバイルバンキングシステム構築
• API基盤を用いたCloud上での銀行勘定系構築
• ChatbotをUIに適用した対面銀行窓口システムの構築
• 船上で利用できるQRコード決済モバイルアプリケーションの構築

応募要件

• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 金融機関向けシステム開発経験
• 金融機関における、IT企画やシステム導入、開発のご経験

望ましい経験・スキル

• 英語を用いたビジネス経験
• プログラミング経験（特にJava）

期待するヒューマンスキル

• 業務のあるべきを考えていきたい、という思いがある
