本ポジションは、栃木工場 生産管理部 生産管理課 部材調達・受注管理スタッフ（マテリアルプランナー）として、以下のような重要な役割を担っていただきます。

募集ポジションについて：

栃木工場は、CoE Infusion and Pain Therapyに所属して、ビー・ブラウングループの各拠点に注射針を提供している非常に重要な工場です。工場のリーダーシップチームの中核メンバーとして、品質、生産、コスト削減の目標を達成するための生産計画を立案し実施する責任を担います。また、海外の拠点と連携して将来の設備、人員の確保を検討し海外からの要求数量に応えられるような提案を推進します。

主たる職務、及び役割：

栃木工場において、拠点からの要求をもとに、立案された生産計画に基づき事前に購買品を調達し入荷日程の管理を行い、継続的な購買品調達を実現することに貢献する業務です。

• 海外拠点からのデマンドに応じた立案された生産計画をもとに事前に購買品を調達する
• 海外拠点及び国内メーカーと密接なコミュニケーションを図り、調達業務に努める。
• 製品や部品の情報を適切に把握し、生産が円滑に進むように調達業務に努める
• 生産計画プロセス、在庫管理プロセスの標準化、効率化を推進する。
• コスト削減、品質改善（納期管理、在庫管理、倉庫管理、LT削減、等）のためのプロセスの変更を理解して業務を推進する。
• 生産計画上問題解決のために適切な手法を用いて対策・改善を行う。

必須条件（経験、スキル、資格など）:

• 高校卒業以上
• 購買調達業務、または生産計画に関わる業務経験 ２年以上
• 業務における英語使用経験（日々海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが必要）
• 生産（プロセス・機械・設備）に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
• PCスキル； MS Excel、Wordを使える方
• SAP経験者歓迎
