仕事内容

営業担当がよりクライアントワーク（提案・商談・関係構築）に集中できる体制を作ることを目指しています。

• 新規リード発掘・情報整理
• LinkedIn(LI)でのターゲットリスト精査(CDA)
• HubSpotでのリード情報精査

営業担当が優先的にアプローチすべき企業・人物を可視化し、限られた時間の中でも精度の高い新規開拓ができるようにするため

• 商談推進・契約サポート
• 商談先クライアントのリサーチ、必要に応じた提案資料の作成
• MTGセットアップ、商談同席、議事録作成、クライアントへのフォローアップ
• 契約書の一次確認（法務確認前に修正点・確認事項を明確化）

営業担当が商談準備や事務対応に割く時間を減らし、クライアントとの商談の質とスピード、契約締結までのリードタイムを高めるため

• 既存クライアントとの関係構築・アップセル
• 既存クライアントへの個別フォローアップメール（カスタムアクションによる案件受領創出）
• メルマガの企画・作成（顧客フォローアップの継続施策）

既存クライアントとの関係を継続的に深め、新規案件の受領やアップセルの機会につなげるため

【稼働条件】

• 月80時間以上 稼働できる方
• 週3日以上 稼働できる方

【必須要件】

• PCスキル
• タイピング、データ加工・管理、Microsoft office, Googleツール活用、Slack、社内システム活用など）
• コミュニケーション力
• 相手の意図を汲み取り、理解する力。また、自身の意図を的確に相手に伝える力。
• 自主性と責任感
• 任せられた仕事や結果にオーナーシップとコミットメントを持てる方
• 成長意欲
• 任せられたお仕事をこなすだけでなく、ご自身のスキルアップに前向きな方
