What are we expecting from you?

With the growing and dynamic context for Online, the Online Retail Operations Coordinator supports the efficiency of the day-to-day operational activities and makes sure that the VCA e-boutique continues to provide excellent service and experience levels to our clients.

• You will monitor and manage all web and phone orders with an anticipative mindset, including sales and shipment, returns & exchanges, delivery issues, special client requests & complaints through contact with key Online Retail stakeholders.
• You will arrange stock transfer from e-boutique to boutique vice versa. Raise request to supply chain team in case of stock shortage.
• You will act as SAP key user: reporting issues and perform testing for releases.
• You will support the implementation of new IT tools, processes, and projects.
