表明保証保険などのM&A関連の保険契約手配、新規顧客開拓及び、保険関連サービスを主業務とする部署にて、投資銀行・弁護士事務所・プライベートエクイティファンド・大手企業などを主な顧客とし、ビジネスを推進します。

業務内容

職位 Vice PresidentまたはSenior Vice President

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

• 新規顧客開拓
• 表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約、及び、保険関連サービス拡販のための営業活動
• 表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約の手配
• 買収後の保険プログラムの提案・手配
• 保険デューデリジェンスレポートの作成

また、これら実現のための社内・グループ企業や保険会社を含む社外関係者との折衝・調整等を含みます。

What you need to have / 必須要件：

以下のうちいずれかのご経験

• 損害保険会社の営業職を経験（企業系営業部であれば尚可）
• 国内の弁護士資格を保有し、企業法務の実務経験のある（M&Aの実務経験があれば尚可）
• 投資銀行やプロフェッショナルファームにおいてM&A（FA業務）の実務経験

必須スキル

• ビジネスレベルの英語力必須（チーム内での公用語は英語）
• PCスキル：Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPointのスキル
