仕事内容

Archesの事業にかかわる社内外に関するコンプライアンス・労務業務全般に従事していただきます。

[業務内容]

• エキスパートインタビュー書き起こしのコンプライアンスレビュー及び付随業務
• リーガル、コンプライアンス関連書類の作成及びレビューの補助
• 雇用契約書、労務関連の規則や社内説明資料等の作成補助
• 従業員の勤怠管理補助

応募要件

【必須】

• 法律に関連する実務経験1～3年程度もしくは法学部出身など法律に関する知見があること
• 日本語ネイティブ
• 英語力（日常会話レベル）

【歓迎】

• 企業におけるリーガル、コンプライアンス業務の対応経験
• 労務管理業務の経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）
