You will be part of our Finance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

How you create impact

Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring

• To lead a finance controlling team (if applicable).
• To act as a financial sparring partner for the respective management functions.
• To proactively monitor business performance, initiate business reviews including follow-ups + corrective actions.
• To performance project controlling + drive the business investment application (BIA) process + support.
• To lead or support financial work stream in potential merger + acquisition (M+A) projects.
• To proactively develop restructuring proposals + cost saving initiatives.
• To cross-share + transfer financial know-how to respective business + functional units, providing all support that is needed.
• To continuously drive improvement by identifying "waste" in existing process, challenge status quo, propose changes + implement corrective plans.
