Questions
Where does the card appear?
On every live job detail page on the AirTA job board whose employer is classified under the industry you book, for the whole booked month. It does not appear on search results, company profiles, or postings outside your industry.
What does the card show?
A Promoted label, a generic heading naming the industry, your agency name, and one button linking to the page you provide on your own site. There is no artwork to supply, and the wording is fixed.
Do you send us candidate information?
No. The card is a plain link. Candidates who click it land on your site and deal with you directly; AirTA collects nothing from them and passes nothing to you.
Does the card relate to the specific job it appears on?
No, and it must not claim to. The card is industry-level advertising. It states that the agency is not connected to the employer or the posting, which keeps the ad accurate for candidates and keeps you clear of implying a mandate you do not hold.
Who can book a slot?
Licensed recruitment agencies (有料職業紹介事業者). We may ask for your licence number, and we cancel and refund a slot whose destination page misleads candidates or charges them.
How many slots are there?
One per industry per month. A booked month cannot be booked again.
What is the refund rule?
A full refund if you cancel before the 1st of the booked month. Once the slot is live there is no refund. Write to the address on your receipt to cancel.
