DAISYO runs restaurant chains in Japan led by Shoya, Nihonkai Shoya and Daisyo Suisan, alongside other izakaya formats, sushi restaurants, meat specialist outlets, the Cafe & Bakery MIYABI chain and a motorway service area in Chiba. It owns distribution centres of its own, supplying its restaurants and wholesaling ingredients to other operators. The head office is in Omorikita, Ota, Tokyo.
