Revolution Medicines Japan is the Japanese arm of Revolution Medicines, Inc., an oncology company headquartered in Redwood City, California. The group develops targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers, using its tri-complex inhibitor platform to build a pipeline of oral RAS(ON) inhibitors. Its lead medicine, daraxonrasib, is approved in the United States as RASONQUE for certain adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer.
