Your Role
At the intersection of innovation and scale, you will play a pivotal role in bringing next-generation patterning materials from the laboratory to global semiconductor customers. As an NPI Program Manager within the Electronics business, you will own the end-to-end commercialization journey for new patterning products — from early launch alignment through full production readiness.
You will serve as the central connector between Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Process Development, Sourcing, Operations, and customer-facing teams, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and purpose.
In this role, you will take full tactical ownership of launch execution, verify cost modeling to confirm target profitability, and develop mitigation plans where needed. You will partner closely with commercial teams to prepare and deliver customer documentation that supports onboarding, qualification, and launch readiness.
With a particular focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, you will drive clear governance, escalation management, and cross-regional coordination to ensure timely issue resolution and milestone achievement. You will also capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of the NPI commercialization process, leaving a lasting impact on how the organization scales its most strategic innovations.
