業務内容

プロジェクトの一員として、以下の役割を担っていただきます。

• クライアントの課題ヒアリング・整理
• データ分析、モデル構築、レポート作成
• プロジェクトマネジメント補助
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション

若手のうちから 専門性×コンサルティングスキル をバランス良く磨ける環境です。

応募要件（Must）

実務経験（1〜3年程度）

以下いずれかの領域で、課題解決型の業務経験がある方

• コンサルティング
• メーカー、インフラ、エネルギー業界
• ESG／サステナビリティ関連部署
• 建設・土木・環境分析 など

学歴

• 学士または修士（以下いずれか）
• 環境科学・工学
• 化学／機械工学
• 地質、土木、建築
• 生態学、気候、自然環境
• ファイナンス／金融工学
• サステナビリティ関連専攻

語学

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（メール・会議で使用できると尚可）

必須スキル

• 論理的思考
• 基本的なデータ分析能力
• 資料作成スキル（PPT / Excel / Word）
• 自律的なコミュニケーション力

• クライアント折衝経験
• EHS / 環境評価に関する知識
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 海外案件の対応経験
• 研究活動での成果（卒論・修論など）
• フィールドワーク経験
