Developer - Filter Design

At least a MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Several years of experience from RF filter technologies, including design knowledge and fabrication processes. Strong knowledge of radio and RF design, and a good understanding of cellular radio networks.

Proficiency with HFSS and ADS (or equivalent RF simulation tools). Ability to interpret and apply system‑level requirements to the filter design domain, including traceability and verification planning. Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, network‑oriented organizations and collaborate effectively across sites and cultures.

Proven ability to work effectively with external partners and suppliers. Workable spoken and written English (Japanese language skills are a plus), comfortable presenting technical work and review outcomes with a passion for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Experience or clear potential to take informal technical leadership, mentor others, and influence technical direction. Familiarity with Lean & Agile ways of working.
