• 薬物投与デバイスの開発
• 薬物投与デバイスの組み立てプロセスの立上げ

Background to recruitment:

Reinforcement of technical development capabilities for drug delivery devices

Description of work:

• Selection and assessment on drug delivery devices based on market needs
• Development of drug delivery devices
• Establishment of assembly processes for drug delivery devices

Position features :

You can truly feel that you are contributing to patients and healthcare by delivering new drugs to the world through formulation development

応募資格／Qualifications

求める経験：

• 投与デバイス開発の実務経験
• 医療機器開発の実務経験

求めるスキル・知識・能力：

• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識

求める行動特性：

• 周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する
• 柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む

必須資格(TOEIC含)：

• 修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学等）
• TOEIC 730点以上

Desired experience :

• Experiences of drug delivery device development
• Experiences of medical device development

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities :

• Communication skill in English
• Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan/global

Desired competencies :

• Drive work forward by demonstrating leadership while engaging and involving team members
• Engage in the development and introduction of new technologies with innovative thinking and a bold, challenge-driven mindset

Desired Qualification：

• Master degree or higher (pharmacology, science, engineering, etc.)
• TOEIC score over730
