Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in carrier-class environments, and experience with Layer 1 physical infrastructure (e.g., Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), AC/DC power, Outside Plant/Inside Plant (OSP/ISP)) and Layer 2/3 networking (e.g., Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), routing).
Experience in interpreting and validating deployment packages including orders and construction specifications to verify design accuracy, and escalating discrepancies to engineering partners before installation.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
