職務内容

経営戦略の推進および実現に資する中外グループ全体の人事戦略・企画策定、またはタレントマネジメント・人財育成のいずれかの領域において、これまでのご経験やスキル、適性に応じて以下の業務からアサインを予定しています。

• 経営戦略と連動した全社人事戦略立案と施策提案・策定実行
• 人的資本経営実現に向けた戦略・企画の立案・推進、および人的資本の可視化・開示
• 人財ポートフォリオ策定、最適な要員・人件費管理の推進
• タレント人財の発掘・選抜プロセスの企画と実行、重要ポジションのサクセッションプラン管理
• 全社の人財育成プログラムの企画・実行
• 生成AIを活用した人事デジタルプラットフォームの構築
• 人事データを活用したピープルアナリティクス企画・実行
• 役員制度企画・運用、ガバナンス戦略の方針策定

Background to recruitment:

Our department's mission is to lead the HR strategy of the Chugai Group, create a human resource management system that contributes to the realization of our management strategies, and achieve the acquisition, development, and optimal allocation of human resources, which are key to driving innovation.

As we promote various transformations to achieve our business strategy ""TOP I 2030"", we are looking for colleagues who can leverage their diverse backgrounds and insights to help solve the HR challenges we face and create new value together.

Description of work:

You will be assigned to one of the following tasks based on your experience, skills, and aptitude, in the areas of HR strategy/planning for the entire Chugai Group, or talent management/human resource development, which contribute to the promotion and realization of our management strategies.

• Planning company-wide HR strategies linked to management strategies, and proposing, formulating, and executing related measures.
• Planning and promoting strategies and initiatives to realize human capital management, as well as visualizing and disclosing human capital.
• Formulating human resource portfolios and promoting optimal workforce and personnel cost management.
• Planning and executing the discovery and selection process for talent, and managing succession plans for key positions.
• Planning and executing company-wide human resource development programs.
• Building an HR digital platform utilizing Generative AI.
• Planning and executing people analytics utilizing HR data.
• Planning and operating executive systems, and formulating policies for governance strategies.

Position Features：

This is a dynamic position where you will lead the planning and execution of company-wide HR strategies linked to business strategies and talent management, working closely with the management team.

You can directly contribute to the growth and corporate value enhancement of the Chugai Group while collaborating with stakeholders from R&D to business divisions, as well as diverse external partners.

Through collaboration with the Roche Group, you can absorb global insights and tackle themes fundamental to corporate transformation with a high degree of discretion, providing an environment where you can greatly expand your career as an HR professional.

求める経験：

必須（MUST）

• 人事領域（人事戦略企画、タレントマネジメント、採用・育成・配置など）における何らかの実務経験
• 多様な関係者との連携やプロジェクト等のチームを推進した経験

歓迎（WANT）

• 新規企画の立案・体制構築・展開の経験
• 経営層や部門長などとのディスカッションを通じて施策立案・実行を推進した経験
• 人事データ等の客観的指標を用いた問題分析・評価に基づく戦略・施策の立案経験
• デジタルツールやAI、HRIS等を活用した人事施策の企画・推進経験

求めるスキル・知識・能力：

必須（MUST）

• 人事労務、関連法規に関する一般的な理解
• 複雑な課題に対し本質的に問題を捉え解決策を策定する問題解決能力
• 戦略や施策に関して一連のストーリーを作成し端的に伝えるコミュニケーションスキル

歓迎（WANT）

• 人事関連データの管理・加工・分析スキル（BIツール等の活用スキルなど）
• デジタル・テクノロジートレンド（AI等）に関する基本的なリテラシー
• ヘルスケア産業動向・業務の理解

求める資格：

• TOEIC730以上・CEFR B2、または同等の英語力

Desired experience:

MUST:

• Practical experience in the HR field (e.g., HR strategic planning, talent management, recruitment, development, allocation).
• Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving teams such as projects.

WANT:

• Experience in planning, structuring, and deploying new initiatives.
• Experience in driving the planning and execution of measures through discussions with management and department heads.
• Experience in planning strategies and measures based on problem analysis and evaluation using objective indicators such as HR data.
• Experience in planning and promoting HR measures utilizing digital tools, AI, HRIS, etc.

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:

MUST:

• General understanding of HR/labor relations and related laws and regulations.
• Problem-solving skills to capture the essence of complex issues and formulate effective solutions.
• Communication skills to create a cohesive story regarding strategies and measures and convey it concisely.

WANT:

• Skills in managing, processing, and analyzing HR-related data (e.g., proficiency in using BI tools).
• Basic literacy regarding digital and technology trends (e.g., AI).
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends and business operations.

Desired competencies:

• Goal-oriented and strategic thinking based on backcasting from the ideal state.
• Ability to communicate comfortably with a wide range of stakeholders and act with integrity, leaving a positive impression.
• Drive to set ambitious goals and take on new challenges while involving others.

Desired Qualifications

TOEIC score of 730 or higher, CEFR B2, or equivalent English proficiency.
