本ポジションは、ビー・ブラウンエースクラップの営業職として、以下のような重要な役割を担っていただきます。

担当予定エリア：首都圏を中心とした関東エリア

営業職の主たる職務、及び役割：

• 関東圏の主要な施設において麻酔関連消耗品の新規提案営業・既存顧客のフォローを行う事が主な業務です。
• 麻酔科・産婦人科において主力製品である硬膜外カテーテル、スパイナル針、超音波診断装置の新規顧客獲得と既存顧客のフォローが私たちのメインミッションとなります。
• 目標達成の為には個人での行動管理だけではなく、ユーザーである医師及びコメディカル、販売代理店との強い関係構築が求められます。
• 既存領域（周術期）と新規領域（無痛分娩）分野のビジネスに対して、両面でアプローチが行える環境で、特に新規領域での成長が顕著な製品群です。

そのため既存ビジネスでは知識の研鑽、新規ビジネスでは成長する実感を得られます。

• 通常業務以外に学会参加、セミナー運営の中で医療の質向上に貢献できます。
• 私たちは担当領域においてプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供していき、必要な研修を提供いたします。

必須条件（経験、スキル、資格など）:

• 大学卒以上
• 営業経験3年以上（ヘルスケア業界経験者尚可）
• PCスキル：Word, Excel, PowerPoint 基本操作必須
• 普通自動車運転免許必須 ※貸与リース車による営業活動の為
• スケジュール等の自己管理能力がある方
• 主体的に考え、主体的に行動し常に自身が成長する事を心がけられる方
• 困難な状況下でも最善の行動を模索するポジティブな方
• 社内外共に積極的にコミュニケーションが取れ、良い関係性を構築できる方
