We are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to support various corporate teams in Lastmile Organizations.

This role will support multiple organizations and lead the development and implementation of the overall people strategy. This includes driving strategic HR initiatives that will support critical business priorities. They will also be responsible for providing day to day HR support for a large organization.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations in areas such as leadership development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and career development. You will need to interface effectively with professionals at all levels.

• 5+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power point, Windows, AI

• Master's degree or above in human resources
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
• Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
• Knowledge of Japanese Labor Laws
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
