Job Description

職務概要

デジタル領域全般（Web・広告・SNS・アプリ等）を横断し、事業戦略・ブランド戦略と連動した統合コミュニケーション戦略を設計・推進します。

戦略策定（年間戦略・コミュニケーションプラン・KGI/KPI設計）から、制作・運用フェーズのディレクション、効果分析、改善提案までを一気通貫でリードします。

具体的な仕事内容

• クライアント事業戦略ブランド戦略と連動した、統合コミュニケーション戦略の策定
• デジタル（広告・Web・SNS・アプリ等）を活用した年間戦略・コミュニケーションプランの策定
• SNS活用方針の策定、運用全体設計（アカウントの役割・ペルソナ/パーソナリティ・トーン＆マナー等）
• KGI/KPI設計、計測設計、運用データの定量・定性分析、インサイト抽出、改善提案
• 実行部分のディレクション（コンテンツ/クリエイティブ、SNS・動画・サイト等の監修、制作・運用チームのリード）
• 進行管理（スコープ/品質/スケジュール）、関係各所（クライアント複数部署・社内外パートナー）との合意形成

必要要件

• 広告代理店・制作会社・マーケティング支援会社等における、コミュニケーション戦略設計およびデジタルメディアプラン策定の経験（目安：3年以上）
• Web・SNSにおけるプランニング・制作・運用経験
• プランニングから品質担保のための指揮・監修まで関与した経験
