Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for ensuring that the health club is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for guests. You will greet and assist guests with information about the facilities, handle check-ins, and ensure the smooth flow of guests through the fitness and wellness areas.
You will ensure that the health club is equipped with fresh towels, properly maintained equipment, and all amenities are in working order. As a Fitness Guest Relations Attendant, you’re not just fulfilling the daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide a warm welcome, assist with inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction across all health club touchpoints.
- Operational Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas, locker rooms, and wellness spaces; replenish amenities and supplies.
- Reception & Administration: Manage guest check-ins, bookings for classes and services, and respond to inquiries at the reception desk.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations; report equipment issues or safety concerns.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fitness or hospitality
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
- Japanese skill at Business level
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
