営業職の主たる職務、及び役割：

• 国公立・主要私立病院、クリニックなどのドクター・看護師・病院関係者への販売促進
• 担当医療機器およびソリューションの販売促進と市場浸透の強化
• 売上目標の達成と事業成長への貢献
• 顧客への学術情報提供、製品教育、トレーニング等の提供
• 業界動向、競合製品、規制要件に関する最新情報の把握
• 代理店との情報交換・関係構築 など

必須条件（経験、スキル、資格など）:

• 営業経験2年以上 ※業界経験不問
• 社会人経験2年上で営業職へのチャレンジを希望される方
• 普通自動車運転免許必須 ※貸与リース車による営業活動
• PCスキル：Word, Excel 基本操作必須
• 常に自分の行動や発言などに責任を持ち行動が出来る方
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、説得力、先見性があって、入念に準備が出来る方
• 論理的思考力、分析力があり、スピード感をもってパフォーマンスを出せる方
• チームプレイヤーであり、誠実さ、正直さ、楽観性、人の感情を尊重する、思いやり、寛大さ、といった性格特性をお持ちの方
