- 製薬会社又は受託会社で、GMP下での医薬品の分析業務の経験が3年以上及び責任者の経験が3年以上（合計6年以上の経験）ある方
- 管理職を希望し、次世代のリーダーとして大塚製薬の品質管理を積極的にサポートしていく意思のある方
- 海外での業務経験がある方、英語スキルのある方、薬剤師免許をお持ちの方は尚歓迎 www.otsuka.co.jp
