Google

Google Japan is Google's operation in Japan, which began in a corner of a shared office in Shibuya as Google's first office outside its home country. It offers Google Search, Google Maps and the Gemini app to users in Japan, and works with the University of Tokyo's Matsuo-Iwasawa Lab and local governments on generative AI prototypes for regional issues. Its Tokyo office is in Shibuya Stream.
