「運用オペレーターではなく、障害発生時にOS・ネットワーク・LDAP・認証の観点から自力で切り分けができるインフラエンジニア／テクニカルサポート経験者」

必須要件

Linux / Windows サーバー

以下のいずれかのOSについて実務経験を有すること。

• Linux（SLES / RHEL系）
• Windows Server

ただし、単純な運用オペレーションではなく、以下の業務を自力で実施できるレベルを想定。

必須スキル

• OSログの確認・解析
• サービス起動・停止管理
• プロセス確認
• ネットワーク疎通確認
• SSL証明書確認
• DNS名前解決確認
• サービス障害の一次切り分け

例:

• systemctl
• journalctl
• netstat / ss
• nslookup
• dig
• ping
• traceroute
• openssl

などを利用し、自力で原因候補を絞り込めること。

LDAP / Directory Service

以下のいずれかの経験。

• Active Directory
• eDirectory
• OpenLDAP
• Oracle Directory
• Red Hat Directory Server

等のディレクトリ製品。

必須スキル

以下を理解していること。

• LDAPの基本構造
• DN
• RDN
• OU
• Object Class
• Attribute
• Search Filter

例:

uid=tanaka,ou=users,o=companyを見て、

• ユーザーオブジェクト
• 所属OU
• LDAPツリー構造

が理解できること。また、(&(objectClass=Person)(uid=test))

程度のLDAPフィルタを読めること。

認証・認可

以下のいずれかの実務経験または知識。

• SAML
• OAuth2
• OpenID Connect
• Kerberos
• LDAP認証

求めるレベル

認証失敗時に、

• IdP
• SP
• AD
• LDAP

のどこで失敗している可能性があるかを切り分けられること。

プロトコル設計レベルではなく、製品サポートに必要なトラブルシュートレベルを想定。

ネットワーク

以下の基本知識を有すること。

• TCP/IP
• DNS
• HTTP
• HTTPS
• Load Balancer
• Proxy

求めるレベル

通信障害発生時に、

• DNS解決
• ポート到達性
• SSLハンドシェイク
• HTTPレスポンス

を確認し、問題箇所のあたりを付けられること。

歓迎要件

IAM関連

• Identity Manager
• Access Manager

• Okta
• Ping Identity
• Oracle Identity Manager

等の経験。

サポート経験
